Well, I’ve tried something new to me. I’ve seen various examples of pumpkins and other gourds that have been preserved. I finally took the plunge and gave it a try. It is my understanding that these can last several months if they remain sealed in the container.
I have been asked if I will be carving others and possibly selling them. The short answer is yes, and the long answer is yes, but the price depends on the size and how elaborate the sculpture. Please send me an email to discuss your requirements. (theressawright at sasktel.net)
